Dear parents / Caregiver

During the course of your child/ren's time at Burrawang Public School, they will receive recognition for the many events in which they participate. These may be mentioned in the school newsletter for citizenship & assembly awards, the annual report for academic, cultural or sporting achievements or the local press for other events. At times your child/ren's photograph may also be used.

Due to NSW Government Privacy Regulations, we must have a parent's signature on file for this to be allowed to occur. Should a custody issue be involved, both parent's signatures are required. If a particular child's or children's names are NOT to be used, please state them below. At any time your original decision may be overturned- but it must be in writing.
